PBGC Director


PBGC Director The PBGC Director is the person who oversees the agency's records management program. He/she is ultimately responsible for:
  • Establishing and maintaining an active, continuing program for the economical and efficient management of the Agency's records.


  • Assigning records management responsibility to a person and office with appropriate authority within the Agency to coordinate and oversee implementation of the Agency's comprehensive records management program.
